The doctor was Caring and knowledgeable. The receptionist was very helpful.

The receptionist left a lot of "dead air" so I did wonder if she was still there a couple of times, she was very helpful though.

I have generally had good service from the Glebe. Due to demand the wait times to get answered on the phone can be very long. Similarly the time for a face to face or telephone appointment can be longer than you would wish.

Feedback from tests and investigations could be better. This would reduce anxiety fot the patient.

Caring professional staff have always been attentive and empathetic. We realise the constraints but have always felt that our concerns have been addressed.
